Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a senior English major and marketing minor. I’m from a very small town in Southwest Virginia, bordering the Tennessee/Virginia state line. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing, doing Pure Barre, petting dogs, spending time with friends, and listening to music.
On campus, I’m involved in Baptist Collegiate Ministries as a small group leader. Previously, I wrote for William & Mary’s Office of University Communications as an intern, which I thoroughly loved but had to sadly give up. When I’m not on campus, I’m more than likely at my part-time job at a store in Merchants Square.
My dream is to build a career in the book publishing industry, ideally working in the editing, marketing, or publicity department. I love helping people connect, learn, and grow from one another in all types of settings. But for me, I see this happen most often through the books that people read and share with friends, family, peers, or strangers.
I’m excited to see what the semester holds for our class!
